Summary

This screen examines randomly selected homozygous knockout mice generated by the IMPC/KOMP Consortium. The mice were bred and tissues collected at the Bar Harbor Jackson Laboratory facility and transferred to the University of Connecticut Health Center in Farmington, CT where the µCT and bone cryo-histomorphometry evaluation was performed. Batches of C57/BL6 control mice were bred, collected at the Farmington campus and analyzed on a bimonthly basis to match the time that the KOMP were bred and analyzed.
